RETURNS

You can return your item within 7 days from receiving your order for a full refund. Final sale or discounted items are final sale and non-refundable. To qualify for a return; all items must be in original packaging, odor free, with tags still attached and in unused condition. Customers are responsible for all shipping fees back to us. Please allow 3-7 business days for a full refund once your order has been received and approved in new condition. You are agreeing to these terms and conditions upon purchase. 


DEFECTIVE ITEMS 

Any damaged items must be reported within 2 days after receiving the item. A picture must be sent to us. If approved, a replacement will be sent back to you. If that item is no longer available, a full refund will be given. 

 

LOST PACKAGES

Once your package has shipped, we are no longer responsible for its care and delivery. You will receive a tracking number for each package. If your package is lost, please reach out to your local post office. You are agreeing to these terms and conditions when purchasing items from our store. 

SHIPPING

Our items will be shipped out within 7 business days from date of purchase.

Brix + Beck does not collect duties, taxes, customs, or brokerage fees on any purchases. International orders ship with these potential additional fees unpaid!

Customers are responsible for paying all duties, taxes, customs, and/ or brokerage fees that may be charged on their international orders at the time of delivery.
